  • Return Policy

    I accept exchanges for any reason within two weeks of delivery. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping for both the return and new product. The original product is expected to be returned in the original condition it was sent in.
    At this time, I do not accept returns except for special circumstances.

    If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will work on a resolution despite the standard return policy.

  • Order Cancellation

    I accept cancellations before an item is shipped for any reason. After the item is shipped, it is then considered a return/exchange (see Return Policy).
    To cancel an order, fill out the contact form or email me at vampyrbitess@gmail.com.

  • Packaging

    Packaging is discreet for all items.
    Buttons, key chains, and apparel are in black bubble mailers with only the shipping information on the outside.
    Stickers and prints come in an envelope or flat mailer with only a stamp, shipping information, and a neutral seal. 
    I STRONGLY URGE AGAINST BRINGING QUEER ITEMS INTO AN UNSAFE SPACE. THIS IS WHY I DO NOT OFFER 'SAFE' NAMES ON LGBTQ+ ITEMS.

  • Shipping

    Fulfilment times depend on the item(s). I ship out all items in an order at the same time, so please reference the item with the longest processing time.
    Made to order apparel takes about 1 - 2 weeks.
    Everything else takes 1-3 business days.
