No special finish on the keychain with a ball chain enclosure. 
Acrylic key chains have a thin film on them to protect them during shipping. You can leave this film on, but it'll look most vibrant with the film removed.

Stickers have a glossy finish and are water resistant so you can stick them on journals, water bottles, computers, etc.
Even though they are waterproof, they are NOT weatherproof!
